How cryo Quick Login Works
When you first access cryo, you enter your email or phone number and password. Our system verifies your credentials against your account database and checks for any KYC restrictions or pending verifications. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled, you receive a code via email or SMS and enter it to confirm your identity. Once verified, cryo generates an encrypted session token specific to your device and stores it locally.
On subsequent visits to the same device, Quick Login detects the stored token and validates it against our servers. If the token is valid and has not expired, your account unlocks directly—no password prompt. If you use a new device or clear your browser cache, the token is lost and you must log in manually again. This design balances convenience with security; each device maintains its own trust relationship with cryo.
Session tokens expire after a set inactivity period (typically 30 days). If you do not use cryo for a month, the token becomes invalid and you log in fresh on your next visit. This prevents indefinite device access if your phone or laptop is lost or stolen.
Enabling Quick Login on cryo
Quick Login is optional. When you log in to cryo for the first time, the system asks: "Remember this device?" If you select yes, Quick Login activates. You can also enable or disable it later in your account settings under "Security" or "Device Management."
To enable Quick Login on a new device: (1) Log in with your full credentials. (2) If prompted, complete 2FA. (3) Select "Remember this device" or check the equivalent box on your platform. (4) On future visits to the same device, cryo detects your session token and skips the login form entirely.
You manage all trusted devices from your cryo account dashboard. Visit the "Trusted Devices" or "Active Sessions" section to see a list of devices that have Quick Login enabled. Each entry shows the device name (e.g., "iPhone 14 Pro"), approximate location (based on IP), and the date you last logged in. You can remotely revoke Quick Login access to any device from this panel—useful if you sell or lose a phone.

Two-Factor Authentication and Quick Login
Two-factor authentication (2FA) strengthens your cryo account security. Even with Quick Login enabled, 2FA activates in specific circumstances: when you log in from a completely new device or IP address, after you change your password, or if our system detects unusual activity. Quick Login does not disable 2FA; it simply skips the password step on trusted, returning devices.
If you enable 2FA, you receive codes via email or SMS each time you log in from a new location. You can choose which 2FA method suits you best—email codes arrive instantly; SMS codes work offline. Both methods are available within the cryo account settings under "Security Options."
Quick Login and account recovery
If you forget your password, Quick Login does not grant access—you must reset it via your registered email. The reset workflow sends a secure link, confirms your identity, and generates a new session. Quick Login tokens become invalid after a password reset for security.
Revoking Quick Login and Session Management
You can disable Quick Login anytime. Visit your account settings, find the "Trusted Devices" or "Active Sessions" section, and select the device you want to forget. cryo immediately revokes its session token; the next time that device tries to access cryo, the full login form appears. This is useful if you lend your phone to a friend or stop using a particular laptop.
You can also log out of all devices simultaneously through your account dashboard. This action revokes all active sessions, forcing a fresh login on every device. We recommend doing this if you suspect unauthorized access or after a password reset.
If you lose your phone or laptop, log into cryo from another device and immediately revoke the lost device's Quick Login access. Our customer support team can assist with account recovery if you do not have access to any trusted devices.

Quick Login on Mobile App vs. Web
cryo Quick Login works identically on the iOS and Android apps and the web browser dashboard. If you enable Quick Login on the mobile app, it applies only to that app—your web browser login remains separate unless you also enable it there. This multi-platform separation prevents a single lost device from compromising all your access points.
You can have different devices trusted on the app versus the web. For example, your phone might have Quick Login enabled while your laptop requires a password each time. Manage each device independently through the "Trusted Devices" menu in your account settings.
During peak play times—such as when major Liga 1 matches occur or during Idul Fitri and Idul Adha holidays—Quick Login helps you rejoin live-dealer tables faster. Instead of waiting through a login sequence, you enter the lobby within seconds and join your preferred Speed Blackjack or roulette table.
Payment Methods and Quick Login Access
Quick Login provides instant access to your account, but it does not bypass payment verification. When you deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer (mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), the payment workflow still requires full confirmation. Similarly, withdrawals require you to verify your destination payment method, even if Quick Login is active. These safeguards protect your account balance from unauthorized transactions.
You remain able to play live-dealer games, place sportsbook bets, and access your account history immediately after Quick Login. Deposits and withdrawals simply undergo their standard verification steps—no shortcuts there.
