How cryo Calculates Leaderboard Rankings
Our ranking engine runs daily at 00:00 UTC, pulling settlement data from all completed gaming sessions in the prior 30-day window. For each player, we calculate: total session count, aggregate win-loss record, and net profit or loss. The Leaderboard then sorts players by net profit in descending order — highest profit first, down to the lowest.
Sessions must settle completely before they count toward your ranking. Live-dealer games (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, Dragon Tiger) settle within seconds of the final card. Sportsbook bets settle after match or tournament conclusions — Liga 1 games within minutes of final whistle; esports tournaments like Mobile Legends within hours of official bracket closure. Only settled, non-disputed sessions appear in the Leaderboard calculation.
We do not count bonus-credit wins separately; your total balance change (including bonuses applied and withdrawn) is what matters. If you earn a promotion bonus and use it to play slots, the slot profits or losses all roll into your net result. This unified approach keeps the Leaderboard fair — everyone's figures represent real account movement, not separate bonus and real-money buckets.
Game Types Tracked on the cryo Leaderboard
All gaming verticals feed into the unified Leaderboard: live-dealer tables (Bandar Poker, Speed Blackjack, roulette studios), slot games (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways), and sportsbook bets (football markets including Liga 1 and Piala AFF, plus esports tracks on Mobile Legends, Free Fire, and PUBG Mobile).
We weight all sessions equally — your poker session counts the same toward ranking as a football parlay or a slot spin. This prevents any single game type from dominating the rankings. A player who plays conservatively across multiple categories can rank higher than someone chasing big wins in one vertical.
Bonus and promotional sessions
If you use a bonus credit to play, those session results count toward your Leaderboard standing. We do not separate bonus-funded play from real-money play in the rankings — all wins and losses roll into your net score.
Accessing Your Leaderboard Position
You can view the Leaderboard from the main cryo app menu or the web dashboard. Tap or click "Leaderboard" to see the full ranked list of active players. Your own name and position appear highlighted. You can also tap your profile to view detailed stats: total sessions this month, average profit per session, favourite game types, and withdrawal history.
The Leaderboard is public — all players can see everyone else's ranking and aggregate stats. However, we do not display individual bet details, hand-by-hand history, or payment information. Other players see only your rank, net profit, and session count; your account security details remain private.

Monthly Reset and New Cycles
The Leaderboard resets on the first day of each calendar month. On 1 January, 1 February, etc., we clear the prior month's rankings and begin counting from zero. Your cumulative account balance does not reset — only the ranking calculation window shifts to the new 30-day period. This keeps competition fresh while preserving your overall account history.
During major Indonesian holidays like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha, player volume often spikes. The Leaderboard continues to update on schedule; holidays do not pause the ranking cycle. Some players take advantage of holiday downtime to play extended sessions, which can shift standings significantly.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Leaderboard Impact
Your Leaderboard position reflects only gaming outcomes, not deposit or withdrawal transactions. If you deposit our welcome offer via QRIS, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment, that does not move your ranking. Only session wins and losses count. Similarly, when you withdraw funds to your payment method, the withdrawal itself does not change your standing — only the net gaming results matter.
This design prevents players from gaming the ranking through large deposits. A player who deposits heavily but loses consistently will rank lower than a conservative player with steady small wins. The Leaderboard measures gambling skill and consistency, not bankroll size.
Community Features and Player Interaction
High-ranking players often connect through the cryo player chat, sharing strategy tips for Liga 1 betting, live-dealer bankroll management, or slot volatility preferences. While we do not enforce or moderate player conversations directly, our support team monitors chat for abuse or commercial spam. Most discussions remain friendly and educational.
Some players use Leaderboard rankings as a social badge — earning a top-50 position becomes a source of pride and motivation to maintain consistent play. Others ignore the rankings entirely and play purely for entertainment. Both approaches are valid; the Leaderboard exists as a transparency tool, not as pressure.
We occasionally feature top performers in our monthly newsletter, highlighting their favourite games and overall statistics. This recognition is entirely public — if you prefer privacy, you can opt out of featuring in communications while remaining on the Leaderboard itself.
