cryo Platform Privacy Notice

This page describes what we collect when you use cryo and how we keep that data protected. We collect personal information only to operate your account, process deposits and withdrawals, verify your identity, and comply with anti-money-laundering law. We do not sell your data to third parties, and we encrypt sensitive information—payment details, ID documents, account credentials—using industry-standard SSL protocols.

Our privacy commitments reflect the fact that every player on cryo trusts us with financial and personal information. We handle that trust by being explicit about what we collect, how long we keep it, and who has access to it. If you have questions about how your data is used, our customer support team provides direct answers.

These privacy practices apply to all cryo users accessing the platform from supported jurisdictions including Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang. This notice is current as of the date shown at the bottom of the page and may be updated to reflect changes in law or our data-handling practices. We notify you of material changes before they take effect.

What We Collect and How We Use It on cryo

When you register on cryo, we collect your email address, password, full name, date of birth, and residential address. We use this information to create and manage your account, send service notifications (deposit confirmations, withdrawal status), and respond to your support inquiries. Your email is also used for password recovery and two-factor authentication if you enable it.

Before your first withdrawal, we request government-issued ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's license) and proof of residential address (utility bill, rental agreement, or government letter). This is our Know-Your-Customer (KYC) process, mandated by anti-money-laundering law in jurisdictions where cryo operates. We store these documents encrypted on secure servers and use them only to verify your identity. Once verified, you do not need to resubmit KYC documents for future withdrawals.

When you deposit or withdraw funds, we collect transaction data: amount, payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet), timestamp, and settlement status. We use this information to process payments, reconcile your account balance, and detect fraud. Payment details are encrypted end-to-end; we do not store full card or e-wallet credentials on our servers.

We collect gameplay data automatically: which games you play, bet amounts, session duration, outcomes, and device information (operating system, app version, IP address). We use this data to operate the platform, detect abuse or collusion, ensure fair game settlement, and improve user experience. Gameplay data is retained for as long as your account is active; historical data may be archived after account closure for record-keeping and dispute resolution.

We do not track you across websites

Our data collection applies only to your activity on cryo. We do not use cookies to follow you on external sites or sell browsing data to advertisers.

Third-Party Processors and Data Sharing on cryo

We share limited information with payment processors to complete deposits and withdrawals. When you deposit via mobile banking, your transaction is routed through local payment's payment gateway; online payment receives the transaction amount and timestamp but not your full account details on cryo. Similarly, bank transfers via e-wallet or mobile banking are processed by those banks' payment systems. We provide them only the information necessary to settle the transaction.

We may share KYC documents (ID and address proof) with our compliance officer or anti-money-laundering partner if required to verify identity or investigate suspicious activity. This sharing is strictly limited to what law requires. We do not share KYC data with marketing partners, affiliates, or any party unrelated to compliance.

Our servers and backups may be located outside your jurisdiction. Data in transit between your device and our servers is encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security). Data at rest on our servers is encrypted using AES-256. If our servers are located in a country with different privacy laws than yours, we apply our cryo privacy standard—whichever is more protective—to your data.
